- Money laundering or terrorist financing activities.

- Breach of laws, regulations, or the Bank’s policies.

- Health, safety, or environmental violations.
- Deliberate concealment of any wrongdoing.
- Any other conduct capable of damaging the reputation or operations of the Bank.

Where possible, kindly provide sufficient details, including the nature of the concern, persons involved (if known), relevant dates, locations, and any supporting information or documents that may assist the investigation.
Confidentiality and Protection
The Bank is committed to protecting whistleblowers who make reports in good faith.
- Reports may be submitted anonymously.
- All disclosures are handled with strict confidentiality.
- Information is shared only with authorised personnel responsible for investigating the concern.
- No whistleblower acting in good faith will be subjected to harassment, intimidation, retaliation, or victimisation.
Our Investigation Process
Every report received is carefully assessed by the appropriate officers of the Bank.
Where necessary, a formal investigation will be conducted, and appropriate corrective, disciplinary, or legal action will be taken based on the outcome of the investigation.
Good Faith Reporting
Whistleblowing is intended to promote honesty, accountability, and ethical conduct.
