FLAG-OFF OF THE POLICE WELFARE HOUSING SCHEME IN IBADAN

The flag-off of the Police Welfare Housing Scheme was done on the 16th November, 2018, at the Ibrahim Kpotun Idris Estate, Ibadan, Oyo State. The housing initiative which is dedicated to the improvement of the welfare of the Nigeria Police through our bank, marks a watershed in the history of home-ownership in Nigeria.

This landmark development is a demonstration of our vision to provide quality and affordable houses in all state capitals in the country, starting from Ibadan with 500 units, Lagos Metropolis with 6000 units and Giri Abuja with 1000 units, dedicated to the police welfare project.

Land acquisition in Kano, Katsina, Jos, Ilorin and Ado-Ekiti is currently being processed while projects in Lagos, Portharcourt and Abuja are preliminary stages. The estates would be provided with adequate supplies of electricity and water as well as facilities for waste management and central gas system.
